As humble as an international airport could be , craving for a decent regular mean of transport to the nearest transport node to all over Egypt, that will increase traffic on this airport.

Staff and security are clowns. We called the day of departure twice asking if our flight was on time.(the streets were blocked cause of fog) They answered first that yes,was on time,then that was departed regularly Just hours later we find out our flight was cancelled! it s not over the day of our departure we have to go 2 times through ridicolous security check of our bag,where both times they made us unpack all the souvenirs,twice for the same reason.. the way was done was so surreal and unprofessional,laughingat our statues,asking what they were,wasting time for no reason and almost making us missing our flight.After the first control nobody told us we couldnt carry the souvenirs in the hand luggage(i also ask myself what s the ratio of this rule),so at the second control after checking each of them singularly and again with the same attitude,they told us we had to send the back at the check in. Result-unpacking all our statues made break some of them,we were almost missing the flight,it was humiliating to having to open the whole bag twice for the same reason and witness their ignorance. They certainly do not help motivate tourists to keep travelling there.It s a shame

Very clean . The staff of the ground floor and check- in are very friendly and supportive. Unfortunately the controls and security are bothering by making more checking with no reason and taking from passengers even things that are allowed to carry with. Like a cello-tape for papers or pencils or small torch without batteries, an umbrella etc...... on the other hand if someone still from a passenger his wallet they cannot find it!!

Very bad security system.. Unawareness how to be proffisional staff...just bothering you and trouble your journey. I did flights over 100 times through 20 airports...but what is happening in this airport is seriously unacceptable in a touristic country...
