Place is amazing, but outside is poorly orgnized, and there is no govrnment and traffic discipline for tha place. As a cultural site, and frequently art, culture and youth improving activities, four star only for the value of the place not for the attention given to from outside or from inside staff, both are using for show time purposes not for main high levels of culture value
