I wanted to give them ZERO stars. AWFUL service. TERRIBLE customer service: late replies to the mails without even being helpful. They don't answer phone calls which is the simplest way to contact with them!!

Great and professional way to apply for your visa. Everything is run in the right time , but too sad i had to wait outside at stairs waiting for my turn .. They should make a waiting hall for people to wait for their turn ...

Here's why TLS sucks 1. Way unfriendly & almost unprofessional treatment from agents. I've dealt with more than one and they all have the same issues 2. Bad support. no phone support. you call them they're always busy and tell they'd call you back and they never do that and for email support it's very slow 3. No flexibility if something small needs to be fixed in your profile, you have to take another appointment which at the very least will be two weeks later which forces you to change all your bookings and insurances causing you a lot of extra costs 4. stupid website domains there's are different links for TLS France Cairo, France Alex, Germany Cairo, and Germany Alex which all share the same domain yet they are very separate website for a new visitor, this prevented me from going to the nearest branch for me in the first time 5. General impression everything goes very slowly, if you made the smallest mistake, you have to repeat most of your trip paperwork all over again. You get that very unfriendly vibe from the agent as if he doesn't want you to submit your application from the first place. generally if you have to deal with TLS you have to be fully focused and aware as these ppl will only try to make your life harder
