Faster thean before compared to my previous experience
like
I was there today to get a birth certificate of my uncle. The place was clean and well organized. The office management put seats for people to sit outside the office and allowed only persons to attend to each window with proper seperation in every lineup. People were not allowed to enter to the office area without face mask for protection. The employee in the window to get the birth certificate was very efficient and helpful and got my documents done within proper timing with no delay. Was a good experience.

Very poor services and not helpful at all .. Only the people who is working out ( copy machine guy _ security) but the employees is not proffissianl at all ... Pls take an action to improve our services.
