This is an excellent property. My apartment on the first floor was very large and very clean. The apartment offered a large living room with air conditioning, a dining table, a large comfortable couch, and TV. There is a full kitchen with cookware. There were ceiling fans and new air conditioning units to keep the place cool. The bedroom was also large and offered a lot of storage space. The bathroom was clean and offered great water pressure. The Wifi worked very well. Best of all, the host is extremely kind and helpful. He offered to help me in anything I needed. He even stayed awake until 1:00 in the morning to sort out some issues I had with the taxi upon departure. The apartment is located in a very quiet area of the Nile West Bank. About a 5-minute walk away is a grocery store. About a 15-minute walk away is the village, where one can find many restaurants, groceries, banks, transportation, etc. I highly recommend staying here, you will definitely not be disappointed.

This place is wonderful, clean and big. Alaa is a great host, very kind and able to assist with anything from getting food to sorting out transportation and visits to the ancient sites around. The place is by the Nile, which is so special. This was my favorite place from the places I stayed in my visit to Egypt. I truly felt home.
Excellent location to stay in Luxor with amazing hosts. Margaret and Alla went out of their way to ensure that we had a great stay.
Large apartments, beautifully decorated, furnished and cared for. Bathrooms are spacious, beds comfortable, kitchens well stocked and everything was spotlessly clean. The garden area has some nice sitting areas, each apartment has its' own terrace with seating and though unfinished the roof top provides some great views of life on the Nile and the city of Luxor on the other side. The west bank of the Nile is much quieter than the East bank and having ones' own apartment along the banks of the Nile is a great way to relax after a day of exploring the tombs and monuments on this side of the river. Nearby markets provide all the necessities and a handful of delightful restaurants are just a short walk away and a inexpensive boat ferry drops you off in the center of Luxor if you want to venture across the river. We were able to arrange transportation to Abydos and Dendera from the owners and they provided bicycles for our use around town. A delightful stay in Luxor, couldn't think of any place that could provide a better accommodation than what we received here.
Excellent 5 star apartments
A lovely small, well-provisioned apartment block that's very well managed, secure and kept extraordinarily clean. Margaret and Alaa are on hand to help with anything you need either in the apartment or around Luxor. The apartments have a good kitchen with full size fridge/freezer. There's air-conditioning, ceiling fans and heating (winter nights can get chilly). Plenty of hot water. The wifi is erratic but that's typical for Egypt. If Internet access is important, get a local SIM card for your phone - which is what I do as a backup even staying in 4/5 star Egypt hotels. The first floor apartments have genuine Nile River views with balcony. All that's between Angel Eyes and the river are some small farm plots. Angel Eyes is on the much quieter West Bank of Luxor. A lot less traffic, noise and hassle than on the East Bank. Getting across the river is easy using the public ferry (fun mixing with locals and a mere LE5, ignore the touts) or haggle for a smaller private boat. The West Bank is the side with Valley of the Kings/Queens and more. In short, all the tourist locations are in very easy reach. Angel Eyes is about 5 minutes walk from the main 'Ramblas' area where there's some nice restaurants. I suggest Coffee Cup Sunrise, Blue Sky (next door to Sunrise), Sunflower or El Mesala (which has great rooftop views over the river). Also some small stores for provisions. A few minutes past those eateries is the public ferry across to the Eastern side. Highly recommended, especially for anyone staying in Luxor more than a few days.
Groot ,mooi, schoon en verzorgt appartement met fantastisch uitzicht op de Nijl. met superlieve mensen die voor alles klaarstaan. Je kan boottrip op de Nijl doen, tempel van Luxor bezichtigen, valley of the king's,paard, kameel,ezel gaan rijden. Met de quad the woestijn in. Hoog de lucht in met de luchtballon. Een rondtrip met paard en kar,.... En veel eetgelegenheden. Dus echt een aanrader!!!!
这里非常好，每个房间都是一个公寓，有客厅、开放式厨房和独立卫浴。主人Mageret 和Alla非常热情，会给你的旅行提供很多有用的建议。开车来的朋友，他家门口就有停车位，不过埃及这个地方，所谓停车位也不过就是一块可以把车停下来的区域罢了。 需要注意的是，尼罗河西岸居住的都是当地居民，所以你将收到比东岸更多的hassle。 尤其是，这里距离西岸码头走路需要20分钟，要做好心理准备。如果有可能，尽量不要在下午日落时回来，因为那时会有很多当地小孩回家，他们会管你要吃的，如果你不给，他们就会说一些你听不懂的话可能是不好的话，不过遇到这种情况，你就微笑着用他们听不懂的话回骂过去就好了。 不得不说，埃及人的穷真是自己作妖，自己把自己的名声搞臭了。
