I love their zalabya, especially the white chocolate one. I usually go there to get it, but I tried to order two times. The first time, I received the order after 3 hours and they told me that the white chocolate was out of stock. And I tried to order today, and again they were late and called me after 2 hours to ask about the address. This is very unacceptable. So I refused to receive the order and the delivery guy made it very clear that he was surprised and he wasn't expecting such an attitude from my side.
Very professional & the food is so tasty
I ordered zalabia at Maadi restaurant and it was served cold, too big to swallow on one bite, unlike normal zalabia, and above all it was too dark and very hard to bite! I asked the waiter to taste it and have it replaced, he said that they can't taste their food and that this is the standard zalabia of the restaurant, and if I wanted it to be easier to bite I should have explicitly asked for it being "هشة" while I am making the order. He replaced it, and the new zalabia was sort of acceptable, but they gave me a very bad customer experience and I won't eat there again. I don't recommend the place specially that customer service have a "customer, this is your mistake" attitude!
Tasty but expensive
I usually get zalabeya from this place and I like it because it is fresh and tasty especially the chocolate zalabya
