This is by far the best patisserie I've ever tried in Cairo. It is a small shop run by a husband and wife duo but they make mouth-watering tartes and croissants. They open around 9:00 am and you'd better go early because they run out of breakfasts quickly. Their tartes and cakes start coming out of the oven a little later. I strongly recommend the pastrami croissants and the zaatar and cheese ones. You won't be disappointed.

The only place in Egypt offering real croissants similar to the French. Forget about Paul and TBS, this is grade 1 food. Limited quantity, very high demand... so grab whatever you find
