I honestly didnt have a good experience at this establishment. Let me start by saying the place itself it very nice, welcoming, relaxing, and smells amazing! The receptionist was very kind and helpful. They even kept in contact with me about my appointment via WhatsApp! But the service I received was horrible, unprofessional, and rushed! I booked via phone for full body sugaring, full face threading, and 30 minute neck, back and shoulder massage. I only received arms, underarms sugaring and "full face" threading. Due to friends coming to visit from Alex I canceled my massage as I didnt have time and that was fine. Also I oiled my body after my shower just from habit and this is the cause for not receiving the full body sugaring, which again was ok by me. I had every intention of rescheduling another appointment......... Until I got back to that room. I was asked to disrobe, which was fine. The relaxing feeling I had before quickly faded. She rushed through everything. Breathing deep exhales of annoyance the whole time. Yanking my neck and head every which a way causing so much discomfort. I was sitting in a chair on the edge with my neck flexed as far as it could go the whole time! She would leave from the room to get some supplies and left the door open while im undressed! Yanked big chunks out of my eyebrows! So i told her it was ok because i needed to get out of there! I dressed and went to the recption to pay. And as I was paying and the receptionist was inquiring about everything. The lady was hovering. Watching constantly and walking by as to see what im telling her about what happened. Honestly I just wanted to pay and go! I am really disappointed actually because the place is gorgeous and relaxing upon entering. But that lady completely ruined the experience for me. I walked out of there with chin hairs, my mustache still there and big clumps of my eyebrows missing! And I don't want anyone else to experience that especially on vacation.

This place is located on the ground floor. The place is freezing in the winter. They have the air conditioning placed on heat while you are being massaged. Hot air is continually hitting your body while you are massaged. If they take 700 pounds per hour in a massage they can afford to buy a room heater. But no. The massage was. Ok but nothing spacial

This place is truly an oasis. It’s peaceful and smells like lotus. Prices are incredible (compared to US prices) and I learned you can even leave a tip on the credit card. My masseuse knew what she was doing and it was 60 minutes of luxury. Sugaring was not exactly relaxing but the woman who did it was absolutely lovely. All in all, probably my best experience in Cairo so far (except perhaps surreptitiously photographing the mummies!).

An oasis in the chaos of city life in Cairo. From the moment I walked it the staff was welcoming and the ambiance was so relaxing. All the little details - from the soothing scents to the flowers in the bowl of water on the floor of the massage table - added to the wonderful experience. My massage therapist, Phat did an exceptional job. And I will certainly ask for her again. I would recommend that if the front desk receptionist is not busy, that she offer you something to drink when you walk in (if there is a wait) and offer you a glass of water when the massage is finished. The Boutique Spa is well run, very reasonable prices with exceptional staff. I will certainly go every time I'm in Cairo and highly recommend that you give it a try.
