I called them over the phone the woman was not helpful and she was totally illiterate about dresses. She told me they are the only franchise in Egypt that sells bridal dresses with this specific brands and of course she wasn’t saying the truth and when I told her that other bridal stores sell the same brands so she was like yeah I didn’t use the right words and when I told her I want to take an appointment at 5 she was like no you can’t only at 4 although in the beginning she said any time tomorrow. My problem is that she wasn’t knowledagable about dresses, designers, designers’ names or anything regarding dresses I’m not a dresses expert to know these things!! She is supposed to be trained. So I cancelled my appointment and I hate you guys!
