I used to book these H1 vans every vacation for airport transfers and to travel across Egypt. This year the service became rubbish. First the call center and operations do not have any idea about customer service, the driver was late two hours to pick us up after our check out from Gouna, and I was surprised that he had to drop someone at soma bay first. So not only they do not care about the safety of children (sending a driver who has been driving for 12 hours), I did not want to take the road when it is dark, and I had no choice but to wait, I spent two hours with the call center trying to figure out when the driver is arriving and all I got was lies and incompetency (he will come after 30 min, after 10 min...blah blah blah). Everybody lied about the timings, the driver, the call center agent, the call center manager and the operations people. And there is no understanding of time or cost whatsoever. Even the complaints department is very slow and has nothing to offer except apologies and some poor discounts on a future service that I will never use. And I asked them to find a car nearby instead of waiting for the same driver who is in another city, and of course they did nothing, because all they care about is profit (the car was already paid in advance) I asked to speak to a manger from the operations and until this moment after a week of the incident all I got was some lame apologies with no real solution or compensation. I will never use this terrible service again, it is really sad how a business start in a good state and once they start getting customers they hire incompetent people to run the business and the service level drops. Please do not use this service, it is very unreliable.

Usually use the website to book which allows me to book the shuttle bus service from overseas too. On the last occasion that didn't work so had to call the helpful hotline 19970. Always very happy with the service & professional drivers. An asset to the company. Well done and kerp up the good work

HORRIBLE!! Do not use them.... I had a pick up appointment at 6 a.m. to the airport! They were late so I called to find out that the car had some sort of issue (which I truly don't believe) and that they are sending a new car!!! So nobody called me, they gave the wrong address to the new driver and when I asked to file a complaint they didn't even care and wouldn't compensate me...what a disaster in customer service. The same place would offer their expedited service at the airport don't use it!! Unfortunately we were a big family (4 adults and 4 kids) and only one guy couldn't handle the bags and finishing all the other procedures. Beside paying 3000 L.E for the service, I had to pay extra 200 tips to find someone with a big cart to move my 10 luggage. Horrible and irresponsible!! I live in the U.S and will never use them again.

Very poor and bad shape building, very outdated and worn out facility, that has hundreds of illegal taxi drivers hassling tourists. 30 to 40 armed police on site so very safe facility.

Excellent service! used it twice, and both times were flawless. Vehicles are new, clean and comfortable. Drivers are on-time and professional. Both times I did the reservation online, and no problems what-so-ever.

Not enough space and place to secure suitcases. Very long unnecessary ride to reach terminal 2. Not clean and I found its used mainly by airport staff and working staff. The bus starts from main bus station and drive over all the airport. If you planing to use this facility you need to carefully plan your time because the ride might take you more that half an hour. And bus gets very crowded and busy at some points of the journey
