Very bad standard and no need to book because you will wait for an hour anyways because the doctor thinks he is sir magdy yacoob!

Reservations and appointment are awful, I arrived exactly on my time (11 a.m.) and I waited more than 100 minutes, moreover some people arrived after me and entered before me. You can't understand if the reservation is first first or according to the previous reservation. Very bad at this specific point, something wrong and need management interference to fix it.

Worst clinic ever not professional at all they kept me waiting more than 2 hours my reservation was at 1:30 i showed up at 1 pm i waited till 3:30 ,, when i went to reception to see what's happening the employee was very rude he said what can i do , do you want me to check you instead of the doctor ,, dont recommend unless you want to rot in the waiting area and be treated very bad go there

Dr Mahmoud Abdallah ..He is not only technically good but cares to explain and give proper time to the patient .The clinic is well manged ..u get an appotment n the doc actually shows up on time .It's impressive considering the deteriorating levels in Egypt .Thank u .
