Staff is friendly and House keeping is great. Equipment are average for its Tier. If you want to train and actually workout this is your place. If you are looking for over socialization and slacking around, try somewhere else. Pros: Open 247. Staff are nice, the place is clean and quality Gym equipment. Cons: If you are looking for more than working out like Crossfit, MMA or more hardcore activities, this place doesn't cater them.
Friendly staff and a nice place the equipment are so good all American machines (hoist,cybex) the place is divided into 2 parts the gym hall is in the 1st floor and the treadmills and the bar are in the 2nd floor the place contains alot of air conditioners so you won't feel any heat almost forgot there is a sauna and a jacuzzi along with a lockers and places for shower its really amazing place for the price
