Terrible service, I would not recommend them to anyone, they promote a service they cannot provide and lie about it, I booked a return service for a van for 4 people and 5 suit cases and 4 carry-ons (I notified them in advance of this by email), they provided a Nissan X-trail would could hardly fit the suitcases and by no means could fit carry-ons and our family. I requested a refund for the transfer that I didn't use (return leg) and they wouldn't refund my money, pure theft as well. Disgusting service

Dalia has given us very good views of pyramid, temples and museum which make us live in that Era.Her speech and expression were fabulous and knowledge of Egyptian history is mind blowing. she guided us in each and every aspects and was familiar during our trip to Egypt

Very poor car service and communication. Paid for airport to hotel round trip and the company did not arrive as planned for return. I had to rent another car to get to airport. If I wasn’t an experienced traveler perhaps could have had flight issues. I tried to call and email them night before and morning of flight. No answers. So, would totally avoid elegant voyages. And they just kept my money to boot. Very shady operation imho. Likely to be out of business once they run out of people to take money from and word gets around. Unfortunate that Expedia used them in my case. Not a glowing reco for Expedia on that one but they are quite removed from the chaos that is Cairo.
