It is the oldest compound in New Cairo it was very nice and very good 20years ago but now it is very very busy there is a traffic jam usually you can find all what need like schools, restaurant,coffe, shops exchange offices, the gates is not well organized by the security. It is very close to Suez road 5 minute away from ring road so you can go anywhere easily. There is a lot of gates but most of them has a traffic jam especially gate number 6 and number 13.
