This was the first time i want there And i can say all was excellent. Very friendly and nice staff, the prices are good, and you don't feel like you want to add extra things to make your bill higher than it should be. The doctor examined my dog completely by hand. Did what was necessary and my dog is already much better. Thank you! I will definitely come to you again.

Absolutely atrocious work honestly. If you’re looking for a correct diagnosis for your animal don’t bother going here. The clinic looked incredibly promising but the work and diagnosis there is horrible. I took my kitten the first day I adopted her to get her checked up for bugs or any skin conditions and I left having spent 350 pounds and was sold dry shampoo and some immunity supplement for the kitten (after an hour wait for a check up might I add) Three days later while I’m playing with her I find some weird clumps under her fur and some fur falling off and I panic in the middle of the night and go to another vet. He starts telling me that my kitten is actually a male, which the vet in this clinic somehow couldn’t pick up on, and follows by telling me that he’s got pretty widespread ringworm - a skin condition that is transferable to humans. Nothing deadly, but definitely something I’d have liked to have known before spending days with the kitten unconcerned. Overall, if there was a choice to give a place 0 stars I’d have chosen that and I definitely do not recommend wasting your time or money in this clinic.

I like the fact that they are open 24/7 which is very helpful in urgent situations, however if you want your dog to be correctly diagnosed I think that other places are better. They have many doctors which is good the problem comes when you realise that they all vary from very capable people to clearly amateur doctors (some would question the fact that they are doctors). I found that they are very efficient in treatment and well trained for it.
