Huge compound with a lot of greenery, but still not fully finished. The moment you enter from the gate, it is like another country. There is a beautiful clubhouse with a small pool that is already working. There is also a mall but under construction. (Heard there were many problems there so it might not open soon at all). Very good place for biking. All security are helpful and friendly. I went twice. And the difference between the 1st and 2nd time was huge, which means workers are really working hard. However workers are a little bit unclean. Saw them having food and drink, going to the toilet in one of the apartments, which was pretty disgusting. Saw also a Nursery graduation and the place and decoration looked amazing.
