Unprofessional and untrustworthy I really don’t recommend. They took my wedding dress for one year, and I couldn’t contact them because the numbers they put were not working. And after one year I managed to contact through instagram. I said I want to come pick up my dress and so they started pushing the dates of the picking up. And when I went there my dress was ruined, the tulle was cut and the belt was removed because for some unknown reason they decided to make a new one without consulting me and the dress was dirty and was widened. They say they never rented it, and they say this is not there problem and they losted the cover of the dress. And they want me to take it when its useless. I gave them a brand new dress and this is how they react. I don’t recommend anyone deal with them they are unprofessional and they have no understanding of customer service, they want me pay for their mistakes although they agree that they are mistaken. Miss Ghada as I assume one of the owners couldn’t even talk to me and trying to ignore my every right in compensation, they want me to pay for there unprofessional work model. Very disappointing and the worst customer service ever, if at all! I ordered 3 dresses to trial at home and requested visa card payment instead of cash, the customer service representative confirmed with me ok, the courier was informed the payment option is cash, called La Reina more than 5 times and no answer, left messages through voice mail and no answer too. I have the occasion tomorrow 9/June and they are not to rely on AT ALL, don’t trip yourself with this!
worst customer care ever, i don’t recommend this company at all. if you will send ur dress for sale or rent, u will never revceive any updates from the company. i’m trying to reach them for almost 2 weeks now to get back my dresses and no one is responding.
