This is the best place in Cairo for oriental pastries and gelato. The ice cream is unbeatable, the staff is super pleasant. I never miss to go there whenever I visit Egypt. (I used to live in Egypt but now moved to Sweden) and my friends in Sweden are always waiting for me to bring some stuff with me when I go back there. Top class !

The staff are very nice polite and friendly the variety of products is very good my wife really enjoyed the ice-cream I bought 2 types of Eastern sweets the price is almost reasonable compared to the quality

Also, the shop is usually very busy with customers due to its high quality and popularity, for which I advise you to be prepared for some que-waiting time.
