When I bought the place I was promised that phase 2 to be delivered March 2021. I called to check on status was told the project is delayed to the end of 2022. So 2 years delays if they even say the truth at this point. very disappointed since I was expecting to receive my apartment in March. Don't buy any till they are ready to deliver. They are cashing the checks timely even though there are delivering 2 years later. Also contract is maxing the penalty for late delivery to 3% if I had put this money in the bank I would of gotten 15% how is this far???

Palm Hills Capital Gardens seems like a very good project that lies within the boundaries of Sarai, very close to the New Administrative Capital. They constructed the only buildings in this sector with high quality design and finishing. The landscape will be very nice when finished. Maybe the buildings are a bit close to each other but they're all 5 floors high. Overall, an excellent prospect from a respectable developer.
