Service was poor, salad was freezing and tasted awful, and now you have to pay for the hot sauce!!
I was going to rank it for two stars coz of delay of serving, but i changed my mind as a pie was made by Alaa was so good and delicious. Alaa made you deserve more two stars as he is keen on giving good service in the place.
It used to be a good place , i mean this branch in nasr street maadi , now it almost always empty coz service is went bad , they dont let u sit except where they tell u , salad bar was over before 9 pm and the reason as the waiter said they had to close it to save for delivery orders , also no sides like salt or sauces just some ketchup packs

Good, Tasty, Cozy The Toilet was not bad The salads bar was very good, but when I told one of the crew that the cucumber was finished from the salads bar, he told me that they haven't any more.
Bought the “buy one get one” offer. Pizza arrived an hour 50 minutes later. Got the wrong order. Pizza was cold. And I ordered a 1liter coke got a can of coke! Shameful truly and disappointed
