We bought several Acs from this company and all of them after a year started showing problems and noise and fan issues. One of them have a problem with the air supply pressure motor and we called the service several times and all in vein. Now that AC is sitting there useless on the wall. They just sell u bad products and everything else goes down hill from that. Customer service is the WORST on Earth. Don't buy from POWER. Go to the reputable companies like Sharp and Carrier. Stay away from this company.

very bad ac company, they sent a maintenance guy who broke my AC fan!, why do they hire idiots?? beside they sell me a very ineffective AC, have to let it on for years to cool 7 meters room..
