I ordered a yoga mat carrier from Decathlon and paid online and received an email confirmation as well as the bank confirmation for my order. I was surprised when FEDEX informed that I needed to pay upon delivery! I called Decathlon and they were able to resolve the problem, and said that the order will be "delivered again free of charge" however, they could have gone the extra mile to waive the shipping fees for example, as resolving the problem was not an additional "service" but rather part of the selling/buying process agreed upon. Not sure I was so happy about the non "favour" they were doing me.

The delivery services is very poor. It has been two weeks since I made my order, and I haven't received it yet, even, it's written on the website that it should be delivered in less than 5 days.
I made and order, I received the stuff in few days, fine... when I wanted to return and item, it took them more than 20 days to get back to me ,,, and so far they did not, they never pick up the phone, they never reply to emails, they are just happy with the money they are making.
Not reliable. Delivery too late and you need to call an entire morning till somebody answers the phone. I am really disappointed.
There is only one mobile contact number for the store. Which most of the time is closed and when it finally rings no ond answers. Also contacted them on Facebook becuase I have an inquiry but again no answer! What kind of customer service is that?
I placed an order and paid online in advance, they called me saying one item is out of stock so they will refund it back ... I received the order with another missing item and never received my refund.. I tried to call/email/visit the store and never received a reply nor my money.
The set-up is great and they have a good selection of sporting goods specifically horseback riding and for surprisingly low prices , which is exactly why i gave it 4 stars because on the website they have a category for archery equipment and the international stores do have them but this one does not have them which is kinda disappointing for Egyptian who would love to try archery but purchasing equipment for them is kinda of challenging. .. Also they have a cool collection of running shoes but only one kind that has sizes up to 47 which is kind sad for the big feet people, yet i enjoyed going there and looking at all the other equipment that they have and was really impressed with the horse riding stuff and the mountain stuff
