I did teeth scaling and polishing. The clinic was very clean, and the doctor was professional and very friendly. The reason for the 2 stars rating is this: while scheduling the appointment, I asked for the price for teeth scaling. They told me that they don't know and that the doctor decides during the visit. I asked for an estimate but they also said they don't know. During the visit I asked the doctor that I want to clean my teeth. We did ultrasonic and manual scaling and the total time was roughly 1 hour. At the end I was asked to pay 1,500 EGP. I asked for a receipt but they said that the printer's ink is empty and I didn't get a receipt. Later on, while telling the story and discussing with friends, I learned that I did scaling and polishing (I remember the term from during the doctor's visit). I think polishing also added up to the sum. The doctor didn't take my opinion on this. I also didn't know and wasn't aware. Finally, this is not my first visit to a dentist. My last visit was a year ago at another clinic and I was given the price of the teeth scaling before the visit when I asked for it. The price was too expensive for scaling, and I didn't like the way the whole situation was handled. I cancelled my follow up and I don't think I will visit them again.

Excellent service! Dr. Ahmed Roshdy and his team are very knowledgeable and clever. I had several deep cleaning visits, a wisdom tooth extraction visit and a whitening visit. I was impressed every time by the cleanliness and comfort of the office and the professionalism and friendliness of his staff. Excellent level of care. I strongly recommend this practice!
