This is by far the best experience I ever had at a dentist, I'm really not marketing for them but a month ago I had four sessions and it was fantastic experience, here's why: - They're so experienced and good at dentist, It's been a month I can eat all kind of food just normally after I was struggling and had some teeth in horrible state (just was a little pain for the first week but I think it's normal thing). - Dr. Nora and the staff were so professional and extra nice, you don't feel you're at a dentist at all when it comes to the boring painful time, she tells you all the time what she is doing, she gives breaks, they play music and have screen in-front of patient with natural views. - Normally you get VIP like service, never had to wait for my turn, they use only good material for filling and so. - They followed up with me after some sessions by phone/WhatsApp, they had active WhatsApp contact for 24/7 help, after last session I had issue with one teeth and they offered to come immediately to the clinic and they fixed it with no wait and free of charge. - The clinic decoration is so nice and it's so clean. - Prices are fair compared to those fancy dental centers around, it could be a bit expensive compared to the low clinics around Cairo (those that you wouldn't really want to visit).

This is by far the best dental clinic in Cairo. I have been to dentists in the US and EU, Shalash Dental Clinic is up to the same standards, even better from my personal experience. The dentist will explain everything as they doing it, very efficient, top notch hygiene & equipment, no pain. This is my 3rd visit, used them back in '13 or so, same quality service, I was on my way home in less than 15 mins. Look no further if you need a dentist. Big thanks to Dr Mahmoud and his brilliant team.
Very professional, fluent english speaking dentist and personel, very clean, no waiting, no crowded waiting rooms. Had a root canal filling and a crown, and it was really well done. I can only recommend. I would never go to any other dentist while in Cairo.
I would like to recommend doctor mahmoud shalash for anyone who is looking for a dentist.. he is by far the best doctor you can have, he is punctual, professional, respectful of his patient’s needs and worries and most importantly their time.. and his whole team are super nice and helpful.

Dr Shalash's clinic has been my dental home for almost a decade now. I have always had a lot of problems with my teeth and I am always afraid to go to a dentist to find out what else is wrong but with Dr Shalash and his staff I have become so familiar that I don't feel nervous anymore. They have always been so flexible with all my travel schedules and all my requests for changing appointments or last minute requests. I even whatsapp them from abroad to request old documents and old x-rays, and they have always accommodated my requests. Even when I am in some countries where I am not comfortable with their dental facilities, I will reach out to Dr Shalash and his team, and even send pictures of a tooth that is bothering me for them to advice me remotely. They are always there and always respond. I have had a lot of work done with Dr Shalash over the years and I feel that he and his clinic are continuously keeping up-to-date with latest technologies and equipment in an effort to make sure their patients receive the most comfortable and latest advanced methods of treatment. It's important for any person to find a clinic that they are comfortable with and build a relationship with over time, and that's what I have with Dr Shalash Clinic!
I go there for nearly 1 year now. I'm very happy about the way they work. I just passed 2 hours for an implant without feeling any pain. I realy recommend them .
The appointment was for my wife and she has a great fear of dentists since she was a kid. Doctor mahmoud handled the case very well and gained her trust. Thank you for doing a perfect job.
