Boy, where do I start? Be very cautious purchasing through SOUQ, it is no longer what it used to be. Souq used to be way more reliable and friendly but it is no longer this sweet luxury service it used to be. Expect damaged, fake products and expect frustrating, horrible experience dealing with their customer support. I have purchased possibly over 50 product and most of my experience were great till recently. Now no one calls on delivery, they might deliver a day early or after prior to the specified date when you do not know they would come and you might be busy or away working. The products could come damaged but as long as it function in any way they will contest returning it. Fulfilled by souq no longer means anything. tried to return a damaged product when it has 1 year warranty but they refuse to take it to the seller when it include Fulfilled by souq mark and their terms of services mention "Warranty repairs must be carried out by a Souq.com" yet they won't uphold their part. Clear violation of any kind of customer trust.

Unfortunately huge delay when a place an order & each time I call the customer service they have one replay which is will arrived within 48 hours , and nothing arrived ,vI cancel my orders while I was surprised ,I was dealing with one of the biggest online shopping all over the world ... AMAZON !!!!!
