Even though it is a small mosque, it has a beautiful architecture, it moves wonderful sensations being inside; it is a wonderful experience seeing the image imprinted in the one-pound bills! Stained glass windows are amazingly detailed and beautiful, every single corner is ornamented. It is an excellent option to visit, recommendable.

Great spiritual little place with old decorations & ornaments beautifully crafted alongside every inch of its walls ,ceilings ,doors, colored windows, dome & minaret .....its a bit hard to reach into it as it needs someone expert in these places ..the people are so friendly around it !

Went there on Uber - DEFINITELY create another stop (e.g. back in downtown) after the mosque, as I don't think you can book any rides back from the area. Ask the driver to wait, there is a small additional charge. The highlight is the stained glass and the ceiling pattern. Floral-patterned dome didn't look that special. Filthy surroundings! Take note of prayer times, non-Muslims won't be allowed inside during these moments. Do tip the caretaker (he will watch what you are doing inside the mosque) when you are done.

Historical, good decoration and very important mosque during Memluq era but unfortunately located in a popular place in the midle of graves and a bit small.
