I wanted to pay the bill of my phone and they always serve as the best place to do that. This branch of Telecom Egypt is very clean and organized. The process didn't take time and was done efficiently.

The worst service provider I've been dealing with the worst experience I've passed through from the customer service or the branch manager Mr.Marwa I've waiting for my number around 3 hours n when I started to get angry they left my without solving my issue n when I called the call center I was shocked that the informed me that they call me later to know my problem. Really the worst employees you can deal with.

The place is clean & organized but I rated it with two stars only because they were not very honest about the options I had as I was there for a new land line . I knew later that I could've payed on instalments each month a tiny amount of money instead of a large amount I paid instantly but I was not told I had that option so I get to choose which way is better for me . So this is not honesty .
