The worst experience of my whole life. VERY VERY VERY unprofessional. The woman doing my nails was hurting me while giving me a manicure. My fingers were bleeding at the end of the manicure from her nail file. When I asked to see the colors for my pedicure, they threw the colors at me and only gave me 2 color options. The nail color is very ugly and not what I asked for. It was very very very expensive. Do not come to this nail salon!!!!! When I complained to the owner he called me and my friends liars. They will not listen to your complaints. The girls who work here are very mean. DO NOT COME TO THIS SALON. It looks very pretty but you will not be treated well.

This place is the worst nail salon in Egypt. Do not come here. The woman that work here are very mean and they give a painful manicure and pedicure. My nails came out very ugly and they look very bad. I recommend, do not come here. This salon is very very awful. I will tell all my friends too.
They have no respect for your time. Once you are a recurring customer, they will not care for you. I waited for over an hour even though I had an appointment. The receptionist can barely hear you over the phone, will just agree on a time then when you show up, be surprised. No consistency in quality. They will tell you that you can get your nails fixed if they break but reality is, you will just sit and wait forever before they get to you. Unless you have all day I do not recommend!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT EVER GO HERE EVER !!!! they made me bleed and talked about me and my friends thinking we couldn’t understand. When we asked for colors to choose they threw the swatches at us. When I complained about the behavior to the owner he didn’t want to believe me he asked for video proof of the girls whispering for him to believe me. Waste of money

Service used to be great but they have lost all their good workers. 2 hours for a mediocre pedicure. They also started allowing smoking in the spa which is not pleasant when the room is so small. It definitely takes away from the fancy pretty look when it reeks of smoke.
Extremely happyy with the service , ladies working there are extremely decent and professional . They truly care for their customers happiness , and they welcome you with warm smile and beautiful manners . Won't be my last time . Thank you vine salon
