When we think of Pink color we think of girls, Pink has been always perceived as a feminine and beloved color by girls all over the world, that’s why we decided to name the girls only transportation service “Pink Taxi”. Pink Taxi was launched by an Egyptian Entrepreneur Reem Fawzi in August 2015, as one of Remo Tour’s major projects (an Egyptian shareholding company) to provide girls and women with hassle-free rides with girls’ only drivers as well as providing reliable job opportunities for women and girls in a safe environment. It was Reem’s initiative to create safer means of transportation for women in the Egyptian society out of the growing need for women and families to feel safe and comfortable about going out and dealing with transportation.
