The company seeks to develop the capacity of staff of budding NGO/civil society organizations and equip them with training and know-how in areas such as monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment, project/program design, gender analysis and mainstreaming, fundraising skills, communications and social media, and planning advocacy campaigns.We also seek to support young professionals through providing them with constant training in a variety of topics using interactive training methodology that utilizes various training methodologies.
