I’m not overreacting, but this place is the best place I ever visited in egypt, the staff are super-friendly and the music is so sweet and relaxing, I recommend y’all to see this branch

Unsafe place . in 1st of August 2020 I lost my mobile and i tried several times to communicate with the adminstration of this branch they did't corporate with me and check the cameras to see weather it was stolen here or somewhere else I think it was stolen here but i wasn't not sure. In addition, this branch is not as good as other branches. Al majarrah mall is not busy as Galleria or mall of Egypt. I am not forgeving them for the loss of my mobile. I lost Bunch of money trying to regain my mobile and lot of time thinking ir investegating where i lost it and mostlt i lost it here in this branch. At least they were able to check the cameras but they acted in a weired way . Mostly i believe an employee stole the mobile.
Recommended if you need a quit place to study/work.
