It is an interesting museum. It used to be the house of the mayor in the 18th century. It contains some of the unique monuments, wepaons, paintings and furniture that belong to this Era ( French campaign in Egypt)

One of the old mamlouk houses turned into museum, not a lot of items in the museum, some paintings, swords, garments. The house is not charming as those found in Mamlouk Cairo, but it is interesting

Very ancient and quiet place . It was an ancient house to a wealthy family . Then it became a museum . It is a three stares museum . The Rasheed stone in the museum is a copy not the original one . There is a small Stereotype of the citadel of quitabay in Burj Rasheed village .
