We had a good experience with them. Airport-Hotel-Airport transport was well organized. The geese are experienced and provide a lot of useful information that people need to know about certain areas of Egypt. Also the guides are very positive and in a good mood As a bad experience we had: 1. Excursion Sharm el Saik - Cairo is too rushed and when visiting the pyramids you do not have enough time to enjoy the beauty of the pyramids. 2. Excursion Paradise (which includes quad bike through safari, coral watching, diving, etc.) trip I bought a photo and video from their photographer which costs 30 USD and when I got home to check what photos and videos they put on the flash I saw that they are not all our pictures. I received very few pictures. There were pictures of us missing. The photographer has no experience taking pictures and takes very bad pictures. 3. Quad bike are very dirty with the miners behind the wheel and you get your hands very dirty and then you have nowhere to wash them because there is no water in the safari. P.S. I hope that this feedback will help FLASH TOUR to improve the services offered.

Summary: 1) Don’t go on the quad/Jeep safari. Ever. 2) Only limited recommendation of diving/snorkeling trip. Quad/Jeep Safari (Port Ghalib): Only 1.5 hours of the 5 hour tour are actual quad driving. However, you always drive in line with 20 others and the lead driver is very slow. Furthermore you are forced to drive very close to your front person, leaving you wIth lots of dust in your lungs. Camel riding takes you 20 meters in one direction and then back. Everything is extremely set up for tourists, not much real Bedouin life. Dancing act in the evening is painful to watch. On top of this, the promises by the sales guy are not kept (e.g. visiting a goldmine). Also don’t buy the ‘Arafat’ scarfs there as the quality is so cheap that it will only last one day and compared to local shops is overpriced with 5. Diving/snorkeling trip (Port Ghalib): We were promised three locations but ended up only visiting one of three (!). The diving spot was not a big secret as promised as we where one of 7 boats that visited the place. When a big turtle is spotted, you can expect to be one of 30 tourists swimming around it. Positive mentions: the boat was in a good condition. If you could give 0 stars, this company would have earned them for the quad/Jeep safari, but the diving/snorkeling trip justifies a total of 1 star.
