Very poor doctors and I have to wait ATLEAST an hour every appointment

Technically seems to be good but no respect for appointments at all. I arrived on time and the receptionist informed me that there are 8 cases before me. I don't understand why they didn't call to postpone my appointment and when I asked they couldn't answer.

ve points : for dokki mohandeseen zone its very near and parking is available at mustafa mahmoud parking area , the place is very nice to have a treatment at , i went for a dermatology case and the doctor was very understandable , investigating the case and nice and gave me immediate treatment but still it will take time to cure so hopefully i can say soon ill be cured 100% -ve point : waiting time is a little bit more than i expected but still acceptable for me (1 hour) and the delay time was because some cases took more time than planned not because of non availability of the doctor as the doctor was available since i came.
