One of the best Sushi restaurants in Cairo. With an excellent location next to the fountain, the view is really an add value.
Quality today was okay...we ordered the new bundles/combo menu, the spicy lemon roll was nice and fresh, the Philadelphia rolls weren't so good, rainbow rolls and nigiri were great

Excellent Sushi, there was no wait time, we got a table right away. They have a special for Mondays and Tuesdays. You can get 100 pieces of sushi for EGP 850 taxes and service charge. I tried their sashimi, Salmon, Tuna and white fish and it was pretty fresh. The sushi came up in a reasonable amount of time.the staff was friendly and professional. The only issue was that parking is very difficult around the restaurant.
I love Sushi.. They have a rich menu and good serving.. I like the fried rolls specially lemon roll, pink panther roll and dynamite roll.. The most bothering thing that is too much expensive.. But they have a nice offer each Monday and Tuesday.
I'm far far being an expert in sushi, however, to cater for local Egyptian taste, this place basically puts cream cheese almost everywhere and fry many things. Is it sushi? Probably no. Do I like it? So so, not a huge fan. But then puting my personal taste aside, if I was the business owner and adding cream cheese and frying stuff was what it takes to make the business work, I would have certainly done the same.
I love the place the taste is grate the staff is friendly and nice they lake a bit of Tranning I think with a little effort they could be worthy of 5 says
