Went to buy food for my bird. Found animals with bad conditions. There was like 10-15 budgies in a cage much smaller than the right size. Lots seemed sick. The was one Fischer lovebird that was feather picking and the man told me it was okay. Other animals are put in very bad cages and lots seemed sick. I couldn't tell them anything since i am only an expert in birds. NEVER BUY A BIRD FROM THERE. IT IS ABUSE.

They have many branches, I've tried two of them one in the fifth settlement inside 7stars mall, first experience: I bought a small hamster, the boy there told me is a male since it was what I asked for, I already had a female at home, well, he got me another female and worst of all pregnant, it broke my heart because she was giving birth and she didn't want to take care of the babies (they were really young since they are hamsters also really small), after few hours the mother started to eat the babies and she killed all of them, after few days she died. Second experience was the shop in dahab street in the fifth settlement: I got another hamster from them and it seems it was sick, always sad on a corner, no eating, always sleeping and he died two days after it.
