The place is awful, there is no social distance between patients, reception employees are not wearing face masks, dull attitude with no greetings or smile, waiting time 45 min though I was there exactly on the time they schd. Lots of noise and workers moving heavy stuff for more than 30 minutes, I was seated on a chair in the stairs area. This is not a place for patients who suffer from pain, the place seems without any management and have no respect for any covid-19 safety precautions or patient's time.

للاسف بعد عمل اشعة رنين طلع الريبورت غلط وتم الاتصال بهم بعد مراجعة اكثر من دكتور للاشعة وتم تسليمي التقرير الصحيح .. طبعا بعد ما لفت ع كذا دكتور وفي اللي يبص في الاشاعات وفي اللي يبص ع التقرير فبالتالي بيشخصني غلط .. مأساة معدش حد عنده ضمير
قمة الإهمال، عملت MRI من أقل من سنة، طلبتها منهم على CD الموظف بيقول لي الجهاز مسح كل حاجة!! و حتى لم يعتذر!! مش المفروض اني كل شوية أعمل أشعة بالمبلغ ده، ولا أعرض جسمي للاشعاع كل شوية عشان في الآخر يحطوا كل بيانات العيانين في مكان واحد و تتمسح من غير أي اعتذار حتى!! خدمة عملاء رديئة
المركز في موقع رائع لكن كارثة من الداخل. حمامات قذرة - موظفين و ممرضات في قمة قلة الذوق. كنت عايز اشرب مياه موظف الاستقبال قاللي ممكن تشرب من الحنفية، و الله ما كنت مصدق.
