Worst place ever!
If I can give this place less than one star I would. This has been by far the worst experience I have had. Very crowded, staff are unprofessional and quality is zero. I got a pedicure first which was ok, lady was efficient but wouldn’t listen to anything I ask. As simple as please cut my nails and she answers no they are not long. So far, I can accept that. Then I started my manicure and gel polish & all I can say is it felt like a dirty, barbaric experience! Very rough filing, they continued to tear and cut my skin and cuticles although I asked them not to several times. The girl who did my nails would listen to anything I asked and after filing my nails she started applying polish without even removing the dust from filing off them (water or brush)!! I very politely told her that she can’t apply gel like this and what does she do, she gets us and walks away loudly shouting ‘let someone else do her nails!!!’ Unbelievable! Staff are continuously asking each other for brushes, top coat and other stuff loudly across the congested room, kids and babies, smoking... just felt like a hell hole! My nails are dry, my skin is all torn. Seriously people, how is this place famous! When will we stop admiring stops just because someone there speaks some good English or because they are expensive. Horrible, simply horrible.
