EgyptAir is awesome but the Egypt Airport is very bad. 1. Staff has no hospitality, they don't help. 2. Cards are not accepted in the shops 3. WiFi can't be used without SMS verification code 4. Waiting areas are congested 5. Washrooms are poorly maintained and are from ancient times. And, nobody's wearing masks!!

Terrible and horrible service. People are not interested in helping the travellers. Getting to the gate in time was an issue as security stop you for ages without a good reason and I am sure they wanted some money. I refused to give them anything which only made them more aggravated and delayed my transition further.
