Lots of people staying outside Vodafone shop waiting for their service number without a single chair for people to use. That is not how Vodafone used to be. There is an obvious downgrade in how Vodafone egypt cares about their customers or how important is Vodafone image in front of their customers. Vodafone planned exit from the Egyptian market makes them greedy.

Yet again Vodafone stores keep failing my expectations. I asked them to put installment plan on my number that I GAVE them, yet they placed that order on another number on the account that I never provided which I will separate from my account this month. And now a promise of canceling this order they placed by mistake that I can't trust due to previous bad experience

All the services are available.There apointnents are accurate. The drawback if you want to apply for home internet,they force you to buy a mobile line.

Adequate service , some people had some problems with the speed of service but my experience was very good , staff was very friendly , greeted me with a smile and was very patient to explain to me and redo the transaction multiple time and although it was my fault
