Small but Great ! The museum of Kafr Elsheikh is pretty unique with its design & arrangement , was a surprise to see how the pieces & artifacts in the main room linked with each other to tell the visitor an Ancient Egyptian legend , followed by a display of the funerary equipment , the interior of a wooden coffin and falcon mummies depicting god Horus. Interesting to see many local artifacts from the Buto"near Desouk" excavations & the nearby village of Sakha, In conclusion this museum deserves a visit & will improve the archaelogical awareness of the city's residents.
