The staff is good and helpful. They definitely need to make some renovation, but they will help in case of emergency with no problem, contact the insurance company, and offer free transfer to hotel. So If any trouble occur, you can use their service.

I was on holiday when I noticed a facebook page for Al Kawther Hospotal, it was showing how they remove thread veins (spider veins) from your legs. I arranged an appointment and had a consultation with Dr Highman, who was a very professional doctor who explained the whole procedure, which I booked. After 2 visits over a 10 day period both my legs were as good as new, unbelievable results, you can actually watch the vein disappear. Natalie was the patient care coordinator and organised everything, so so pleased I seen the thread on Facebook.

My father had accident during his holidays and he had to undergo surgery! He was provided with a 5* service. Everything went well. We are so happy for everything he was given! The surgery went well. Actually a hospital which I was satisfied with, but today I asked for endoscopy and they told me 9500 le. I got a offer from Nile hospital with 3500 and it's even a German doctor. So this is my last visit in this hospital.

The most horrible hospital in Hurghada. The reception staff unfriendly. And unhelpful. Whatever your appointment which you respect. The hospital doctors never respect they will let you waiting more than one hour. So be expected that's when you will having an appointment there . Please cancel all of your appointment because you will wait and wait. ..And in the end they not a professional doctors as you expected
