True and honest review here. Let me start by saying this was my first time ever traveling to Egypt and from this experience it will not be my last. The customer service was phenomenal from beginning to end. I reached out to customize and create my own itinerary based off things I wanted to do and they were very prompt with their response times, and accommodating to my requests. The prices are fair, and the tours themselves are more than what I could have asked for. I did a 4 day tour with Mohamed as our tour guide and Ibrahim as our driver and they made us feel so welcomed and safe (Cairo is extremely safe btw. The people are friendly. Please don’t be afraid to walk around during the day or at night). They really did their best to make us feel comfortable and I did. They even took us to a local lunch by request so we could try real Egyptian food. I truly feel like writing a review doesn’t tell you just how great everything was. Please book and see for yourself!!!!

Our trip to Egypt was one of the most beautiful experiences in our lives so far. This travel company was reliable and professional from the first minute. I think we were the luckiest travelers because we were lucky to have the best Egyptologist - tour guide - person in Egypt. Mahmoud Nour, full of passion, knowledge, energy and very good mood and willingness to help us at any time, passed on his knowledge of Egyptian culture and gave us information about everything. The company should be proud to have this guide. If you are ever in Egypt look for this company for Mahmoud Nour!
It was an amazing tour with the ETP agency. We booked a trip from Hurghada to Giza with a private driver. The driver was very friendly and also speaks English. He drove very safe and wear a face mask all the time. We picked up our guide in Cairo, and he was definitely the best!! He explained us everything about this wonderful place. Also he had fantastic photography skills He made our trip unforgettable and all time had some fun facts, which are easy to remember without any open questions or the feeling you are back in school. All time it was about our interest and he knows all people around the pyramids, which also avoid any harassment by sellers in a very polite way. I just can repeat, he was very skilled, polite, funny and has a great knowledge. The place where we had lunch was perfect and we had the chance to try so many different food. After the pyramids, we told him what we are interested about and he showed us around in Cairo. After a long day we drove back to Hurghada. All the time the agency took great care of us and never let us feel unsafe. We checked with many different agencies before we choosed them, but the ETP aganecy know their business, which make them really the best match for such a trip. Thank you again for this unforgettable memory!!!
I would not recommend this company to anyone. There are so many other options to use but this one is a true cheat. We were scheduled to arrive for a 1 week tour on 3/21/2020. The week prior the US and Egypt locked down there borders for international travel due to COVID-19. Egypt was having an outbreak on the same boats we were to travel on. Leading up to our trip for weeks we discussed with the company about they pandemic which was starting and they said the pandemic was being blown out of proportion. One week later Egypt government locked down the country. We cancelled out trip and was able to get back partial refund per there cancellation policy and pleaded with them to refund the full balance due to the unique circumstances. They refused. Great right? Problem is they never refunded the money. They kept playing the we sent it already game. I had to go through my credit card to recover the partial refund and again they refused to refund the full balance even though there government stopped all foreign entry. It is probably a fantastic place to visit but I would not use this company for any tours or travel.
I really enjoyed my time in Egypt and found all the means of comfort and peace of mind while exploring the delightful wonders of Egypt. Your old age will not stop you from enjoying the beauty of Egypt when you book Egypt Tours Portal.
We had a wonderful 8 days tour with our guide Muhammed Hasan & Mohamed El Sheimi and Egypt Tours Portal to Cairo, Aswan, and Luxor. This tour really worth it if you want to appreciate the sites and their history! We went to Giza pyramids, the Egyptian Museum, Khan El Khalili Abu Simbel, Kom Ombo, Edfu, Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut, Colossi of Memnon, and Karnak complex. Our guides were very fluent in English, knowledgeable and passionate, and gave us detailed information about every site and Egypt in general as well (history, culture, etc). We totally recommend this trip and these guides especially if you want a great experience!
