We had a trip with them from Egypt to Jordan. Unfortunately the weather forecast said rain and cold, so I asked them in the morning about the cancellation, but they convinced me that the weather in Jordan is good and that everything will be fine. Actually, the weather was rainy, snowy and cold, so it was not at all suitable for a trip, and we were not even prepared for it, because it was warm in Egypt. Of course, they were not at fault for the weather, but when I asked them in the morning they had to know what was going to happen, so it was outrageous that they hadn't canceled the tour anyway, and they weren't so correct as to let us know that we would only go if we accepted these circumstances. Not to mention that due to the weather, the walking tour was finally canceled, so the 15-hour trip made no sense. In Petra, we stood for 2.5 hours in the pouring rain on the side of the road, freezing to death, getting all our clothes wet, and falling ill afterwards. In the meantime, we did not receive any information, we were just standing by the side of the road. We then took a bus to another place to stand there for another half an hour and finally take us to the Treasury in open jeeps. The only valuable part of the tour is that the Treasury was amazing even in the pouring rain, but that's not because of the EMA tours. After 2.5 hours of soaking, my grandmother and mother were unable to ride open jeeps with us, so their full-day suffering was practically meaningless as they could not even participate in the 10-minute tour with us and except for the bus stop, they saw nothing from Jordan. Of course, we didn't get a single cent back from them as compensation, even though they promised a 3-hour hike. The English-speaking guide was rude and did nothing to help. It was disorganized, outrageous and unfair.
It was the worst tour of my life, a huge disappointment, not a single cent worth of EMA tours.
