I dived with Renee at the Blue Hole in Dahab. It was a really good coaching session, focusing on equalisation and relaxation. Before going into the water, Renee took me through some helpful exercises, stretches and warm-ups. Once in the water, Renee was very patient with me, making me feel safe and able to relax on my dives and giving me more useful tips. I feel like I got a lot out of the session, Renee is an excellent teacher!

I did my Master Freediver and Freediving Instructor Course with Renee and I could not have hoped for a better trainer/friend :) She is passionate about freediving and knows her stuff! Furthermore she was very helpful and made sure I had a great time in Dahab also when I was not freediving; introducing me to new freediving and non freediving friends.
