It's an okay airport. Limited amenities. Limited organization. Flight times are completely accurate, nor are gates. Many people do not know what covid testing is happening and where. I like how small and easy it is. You won't get confused here, other than the lack of good information boards. I took the domestic terminal, but walked to the international terminal and took some pictures.

Terrible airport! It seems that they have recruited relatives of relatives to work who do not know how to work !! Terribly long queues at the entrance due to the fact that people are very carefully inspected for a return flight - a flight home. Distance norms for covid are not observed at all! Another worker walks along the line of people, without a badge, but in uniform, and offers to skip the line for 22-25 in cash. It's funny! Sarcasm.

Excellent experience and thanks for maintaining the security and hygiene. All elements were helpful polite and efficient following all procedures and working hard. They will treat you like family and if you have some request or concern simply ask any staff. I felt very safe and relaxed knowing every crevice of my bags were swabbed scanned or checked. No hassle no problems. I will advise however as a resident prebook your taxi or ride and ignore the taxi drivers outside or try and catch a lift from the road and make a record of the license plate and taxi number and ensure you agree the price and the meter is on....unless you are feeling generous.

Me and my friends were very disappointed with service and process organization at the airport. It took us 1h45 minutes to get into the airport building for check in. Another 3 hours to go through passport control and scanner. Staff is rude and unprofessional, slow and disrespectful service, money demanding to avoid long lines to enter the airport, which is unheard of. Airport itself is dirty and nasty. No masks and social distancing at all! There is no respect for passengers and tourists who bring money to this country. Employees create difficulties for tourists and then giggling from passengers. If you are a woman they will ask you to show you passport on every corner to everyone. Don't think I will ever come back again.

I haven't been to Egypt for 6 years Just got back Since then, I have visited over 10 countries and over 20 airports. And I have a little experience Your guests, well rested in hotels, head to Sharm El Sheikh International Airport. Most staff are out of place, be rude Cheating in ordinary things - like seat together (plane is full). Ready to help only for But worse, before departure you checked and your goods are touched three times. All this is just an window dressing During this time, you must be barefoot and humiliated. No real security or virus protection - all fictitious work.

Service is terrible. By now, the worst I've ever had in any airport (especially if taking into account that it is touristic city.) None knows what to do. Lines are supper slow and terribly organized. It takes hours just to get to your gate (it's not the question of size, as airport is small) . Also you have number of useless checks even in gate area and alot of paper work. They check your personal staff just for fun as they are permitted do that. It looks more like one more Bazar with airplanes but not airport.

I'm very disappointed. The staff is very slow on checks. People have to wait several hours just to enter the airport for departure. There are long queues for checks but the staff can come up to talk to other colleague or just leave the workplace for 5-10 minutes. Flight safety is very important. However it seems to us that employees don't hurry to work quickly compared to airports in other countries. Such negative experience at the SSH airport spoils the impression of Egypt and many people do not want to return here again for vacation.
