Probably one of the worst tour agencies available in Sharm. I have used many and they have been very good but, this one I should have avoided after my first encounter with the assistant who deliberately served another customer before me and then tried to laugh it off, his demeanour soon changed after I made it clear he had offended me. That, is not the issue though. I wanted a family trip on a boat to Ras Mohammed and booked through him. Nothing was as described (except the food which was good). There was no scuba equipment as he had promised and the ships crew couldn't have cared less that at each of the three diving stops, our whole party could not join in. A day ruined by an idiot. I was so angry I didn't dare confront him when we returned for fear of losing my temper, so this is my warning to others, book here at your peril.
