It's not fancy luxury place ,good service and on time The bus was average but comparing with what I paid was so fair
The station is big and all the bus companies have offices here. but it needs a lot of the organization, like creation appropriate waiting places and seats for travelers also taxi station, a customer service desk and make the all station able to serve the special needs people. Also give more attention to cleanliness of the place especially toilets. And make the access to ticket offices more easy. I hope when we do something we do it by the right way not by the egyptian way.
The place doesn’t have comfortable seating for the travelers waiting. The mini market there is a bit overpriced but overall it’s good. There are almost no signs stating the bus schedules you have to ask around or to the booking clerk himself to find out the schedules.
They could make it better and make bigger and more comfortable seating area
