Just sheer excellence, they’re by far the best car service center in Egypt. Their customer service is absolutely top notch they take the car and they hear your issues and immediately address them. I have been a devoted owner of a Toyota vehicle for 5 years now (two different cars in a row as i switched from a toyota corolla to a newer toyota corolla 3 years later) and all services are done promptly and at extremely decent prices compared to other manufacturers. They never rip me off. And when anything goes wrong the warranty kicks in, in my old car in a single service (80k) they changed a 50k worth of spare parts absolutely for free. I can’t give them enough credit. The service center itself is clean, well furnished and they have excellent cafeteria upstairs which has a really modest prices. In simple words, I will never ever drive a different brand.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with this branch which i never had before with other branches in Doha, Dubai & New Cairo. I was going only for an oil change & a normal check. The sales engineer recommended a full check on the car , and i agreed although it costs around 1000 EGP. Surprisingly, I received the car at the end of the day, with no oil change, the car acceleration was so weak , and check engine alarm was on. I asked the engineer, she told me there is a miss fire in one of the cylinders & I have to change all the ignition coils (Bobines) , which costs totally 10K EGP. Of course , I felt that she was exaggerating , as the Car was OK & i didn't feel any problem when I brought it for only an oil change. As it was the weekend, I had to leave the car with them Thursday, Friday & Saturday morning (paying a lot using UBER for my transportation instead) to repair it from the problems that only appeared inside their workshop. Then I had been informed that they changed only the spark plugs & some cleaning , and the car is OK now. Based on this experience, I don't trust this place anymore. There is something wrong done in my car inside the workshop , and they didn't tell me what was it, and it costed me a lot of money with no reason. We as Toyota customers are paying more than double or triple the cost to get a proper maintenance away from the normal Mechanical workshops, but if the same problems happens with the authorized agent, why we should go to them & pay this hefty amount of money. By the way, and at the end , i didn't change the oil. And I just paid to repair a fault made by Toyota authorized dealer.

I had a corolla service appointment, I was there on time and they received the car immediately after my arrival, just had some difficulties finding a parking spot before I entered the building, the Reception Engineer was very helpful and skilled
