This was the most surprising experience ! The salon is a bit hidden in a construction area ... 3 minutes away from the point on google maps on the small street ( we asked around to find it). We were close to just give up since the place looked suspicious, but great neews , inside, the salon was very clean and people so nice and professional! The cleopatra treatment was totally worth it , we felt like queens , the products were very good and the massage at the end was a pure bliss! Totally recommend it ! Thanks for awesome experience!

Probably one of the worst body treatment places we have ever been to. First off we arrived and they did not know anything about our booking but my wife had been corresponding with an employee at the bath/massage. It was supposed to be a two hour treatment, but you get herded like cattle from a sauna to a steam room with other groups. From the steam room you wait about 10 minutes standing around to get paired up with a individual who will scrub you. The scrub lasts about 10 mins or less. From there you get moved to a waiting around where we sat for over 45 minutes when you're only supposed to be there for 15. For some reason one of the employees or the owner says they are so busy, but I wonder who's fault it is for making his hammam so busy? Us or the owner? Anyways, after waiting 45 minutes to get a massage with no clear end in sight, we decided to just leave, we got refunded a partial of our money. Terrible organizational structure, terrible customer service. Go here if you want to just wait around all day waiting to get mediocre treatment. Avoid if at all possible. Don't waste your money or time.
It was fantastic spa service. I will reconmend this spa shop. They are so kind and they provide good service always!

If you want to feel like family and connect with some of the kindest Egyptian folks EVER, this is your place. Zeina and her entire staff were warm and welcoming, and offered the best services and massage I’ve ever had. It was hammam spa magic! I can’t wait to visit again.
